- What is your typical turnaround time? Most projects are delivered within 24 hours, or as close to that as possible depending on scope and scheduling. Faster turnaround is always a priority.
- How many photos are included in each package? Photo counts vary based on the size and layout of the property to ensure full coverage. Each shoot is captured intentionally to highlight space, flow, and key selling features.
- Are the photos optimized for MLS and social media? Yes. All images are delivered MLS-ready, with additional versions suitable for online marketing and social media where applicable.
- How does 3D walkthrough hosting work? All 3D walkthroughs include six months of complimentary hosting. Extended hosting options are available upon request.
- Can I add enhancements after delivery? Absolutely. Virtual staging, twilight conversions, decluttering, and other enhancements can be added at any time after delivery.
- How should the property be prepared before the shoot? The property should be clean, staged where possible, and free of clutter. A simple preparation guide can be provided upon booking to ensure the best results.
- What areas do you service? Service is available throughout Nanaimo and surrounding areas. Travel outside the core area may be subject to additional fees.
